DDR Players Improving Fast

Having gastric pain for the whole day today.. DDR play basic also pain -.-

Maybe I’m old le.. lol

I agree with Bryant.. Teenagers at CCK are improving so fast probably ‘cos of the pressure and pros like Raymond and Edeson, giving unexpected motivation to other players..

‘I must at least be half as strong as Raymond in 2 months time‘.. This is what I meant..

Players like M, real name not disclosed as the player is underage =x, who only started DDR-ing since 2 weeks ago, can AA Air-Special & getting single-digit GREAT (as low as 4, any lower I don’t know ‘cos I’m not there 24hrs u know.. lol), for Basic mode o.O

Another example, player I, getting 3PERFECT (999,970) for Your Rain Beginner mode.. Sien.. So strong

I find that quite impressive thou Japs might say ‘piece of cake’..

But look, why are Japanese players so strong? Becos there are loads of pros there.. Due to tough competition, everyone is improving fast..

I always screw up at Extra Stage -.-
1st time: Matsuri (J-Summer Mix) – i hate this song, so i just let it fail
2nd time: TEARS – The background makes it hard for me to see the arrows.. Missed one and stage failed
3rd time: AiR – Happily turning around, missed an arrow and failed
4th time: TEARS – Background again! Infinite amount of GREATS -.-

Thinking now, I’ve wasted so much things in life..

Story:
Primary 6: Going cycling with my good friend, Fu Keong, everyday 5pm till 7pm plus..
Sec 1: Chit chat with classmates, play cards after school
Sec 2: Go friend house, do mischievous pranks on teachers
Sec 3: Became good boy, studied hard, hang out with some classmates after sch to take neoprints and shopping etc..
Sec 4: Sleep in class.. Went out with Clement most of the time.. Started ParaPara, also a start of a wasteful youth
Sec 5: Sleep in class everyday, if not never go sch.. Started DDR ever since

Life before hanging out in arcade was so much enjoyable..

Arcade life – Things wasted:
1. Spending time with old friends
2. Going beautiful places with girlfriend
3. Money which I needed alot now
and more..

I didn’t even know Clarke Quay* was such a beautiful place until I gave up DDR and went there with my dear today..

And the food I used to be able to afford is so expensive to me now..

Coffee Bean $6.80? I used to drink that at least once per week
Today, I don’t even bear to buy a small cup thou I love the cream so much

And of course, anyone who’s in the bank, would wish that the Robber to be shot instead of the Policeman..

There have been cases of ‘Robber entering the bank and shoot down Policeman immediately’.. Did the policeman even stand a chance to retaliate and protect?

So I’m thinking, Banks should change the attire of their policemen.. Instead of wearing a Police Uniform, they should wear normal clothings like Undercovers do but possessed a gun..

And the Policeman working in the bank must be changed everyday or best, every hour..

In this case, the Policeman can disguise as an ordinary person and will have a chance to attack the robber when he’s distracted or in vulnerable condition..

Say No To Stress

When I was stressed or angry, I failed to understand that the people beside me would feel stressed too..

And when my friends got stressed and comfort seemed not to ease their pain, I finally understood how I myself would feel
– Stressed
– Don’t know what to do
– Wish to see them happy again
– Wish to get back to the good old days

Now that my mood’s back to ok, I realised the friends beside me are having PMS, Period..

Why are human so sensitive creatures? People are getting stressed and frustrated on issues that aren’t that big after all.. Every problem would have a solution.. You don’t have to get so depressed until it’s like the end of the world.. Either ways you can follow..

If the problem is small,
1. Get over it
2. Slowly think of a way to solve it

or you could be like me, walk 1 step count 1 step.. You will eventually reach a step where you know how to solve the problem..

If the problem is big,
1. Tell the person involved that you will need time to think of a solution
2. Discuss it with your friends and don’t show the stress emotions out of you ‘cos your friends will be stress too

After discussing, you’ll have a few solutions to take.. You yourself find the most appropriate solution to use and not ask your friends to choose.. It’s for your own good..

In conclusion, all I want to say is –
People, friends or human out there, don’t get stressed because it’ll do you no good.. Don’t think so much of your future yet, just live everyday to the fullest.. Although we blamed parents for giving birth to us, but we’re already here.. What to do? Just go on with life..

Suicide is not a solution, telling your friends that you want to die makes them want to die too.. It’s pointless and unnecessary..

MRT stations are equipped with televisions.. Main purpose is to let us know how long the next train will arrive.. But you know what? While waiting for the train today, I turned to look at the tv for a few times.. And guess what I saw? ADVERTISEMENTS AGAIN AND AGAIN.. Please la, at least show us how long the next train will arrive somewhere.. You show us advertisements I rather you use back the old system which only shows the terminal station and the arrival time..

And typical Singaporeans, can’t you just give way to people alighting first before you board the train?! Why you people are so gan jiong.. It’s not as if the door opens for awhile and closes.. This is Singapore! Train doors can be seen at the driver’s CCTV.. He won’t deliberately close the door.. Even if he did, it would not kill.. A train could not leave until its doors are tightly shut.. Saddists

And man, arrows are drawn right before the door.. Even if you have no sense of direction on where to stand, the arrows TELL U WHERE TO STAND! SO JUST STOP STANDING AT THE CENTRE LIKE A DUMB!

Have you spammers ever spare a thought for us when you tap so many credits at one go? Have you ever give us respect at the fact that we are your fellow DDR mates? You spammers make me feel like you are all strangers who I irks to see..

You people spam for NO REASON.. Tell me, are you trying to improve your score? I Don’t Think So.. Tell me, are you tapping so much because you’re giving a treat? I Don’t Think So.. To me, these spammers are ‘trying to impress people with their monkey dance’, ‘oh there’s girls and many ppl watching, i wan play and showman to them’, ‘showcase I RICH’, and ‘heck care them la, i also dunno them well, DDR more important’..

You think I’ll be impressed? Have you ever spare a thought for us? You spammers are just tail-gators.. Following behind people’s ass.. ‘Oh he tap 5 credits i go tap 5 too’..

Woke up early in the morning on Sat and went to arcade with Edeson.. He chose Morning Glory for the start as it was morning.. Lols.. We did not so well but things started to change after that..Baby Baby Gimme Your Love [Expert] AAA together with Edeson ^^

So nice to see AAA together and imagine we used AAA to get Extra Stage.. 1st time.. Hahas

We went for Lunch and back to arcade.. His wind has flown away I guessed.. He got 1Great for 5 songs! FIVE!! Stupid machine.. Must be its trick again.. I managed to get 2 more [Expert] AAAs and I was definitely v surprised..

Edeson started work at 4 and just nice Raymond came.. So play DDR with him.. Until 5pm like that, many DDR players start to arrive.. It’s nice to see them, but NOT nice to see them spam credits..

Come on, do you think you people OWN the machine? I totally agree with Ray’s plan.. Flood credits and let you people have no chance of playing.. I myself will put 10 credits.. If Edeson and Raymond are to put 10 each too, we’ll have 30 credits.. One of my cousins stay in a Condo which cost him RM100,000.. The price of one Singapore Condo flat: $100,000! Dang..

If you buy a 2nd-hand car in Singapore, you could buy a 1st-hand car in K.L..

Singapore’s road-tax is $1000 a year.. K.L’s only RM100 a year..

It takes about RM140 to pump a car’s oil tank to Full in K.L.. It takes about $120 to pump a car’s oil tank to Full in Singapore..

Today at Arcade, DDR SN went crazy.. Network is OK but it was using Machine Records instead of World First Place Record..

And I saw plenty of records from Raymond & Edeson.. Mine also have la, but not as much.. Surprisingly, Edeson AAA Your Rain after me, therefore Machine Record should be his, but it turned out to be mine.. So I used the chance and took a photo of it.. (see top of page)

Why is it a chance? : I did not even get to see my name as World First Place after I AAA Your Rain because it was re-written by another person who AAA it after me..

I just wonder why it’s called World First Place and One More Extra Stage.. They sound so weird, they could have better titles like Current Best or Encore Stage.. Maybe KONAMI just like to make DDR functions sound and act weird.. Like the stupid Battle Mode and the future Diet Mode, Stupid Modes..

I rather they include Skill Point in DDR SN2 than the stupid no. of calories burnt.. Pui.. DMGF see rankings by SkillPoint, DDR see rankings by CALORIES?! (vv)_|_

Time To Retire From DDR SN Soon

There was a time I pushed DDR Skill Point(SP) until so tired I decided to go over and play GuitarFreak(GF) again.. 2 Basic Songs (One 95%, One 74%), both became 99% Skill, 4Great.. Woot.. Now that I finally reached 1k SP in DDR, I’ve decided to play less of DDR and more of GF..

And so today, I played GF.. And realised that my 4Great curse has not ended, it has only just started..

Being Sick, It Suck

I’m finally sick, fallen sick finally.. Now I’m feeling so cold, it’s like I’m freezing in room-temperature..

Discomfort in my throat.. And after placing the thermometer in my ear, I thought it was playing a trick on me.. 38.5 degree.. No wonder I’m so cold..

Was planning on going to CCK today but stupid illness struck me.. I was even too weak to visit a doctor..

I slept from 12am to 6pm.. From Supper to Dinner.. No kidding.. I was too cold to come out of my blanket..

I’ll visit the doctor tomorrow, then go to CCK.. Hopefully I’ll recover soon.. I miss all the good foods! lohnjohn, kfc, sushi, sweetalk, chocolates, ice creams.. oh man.. yummy!

The Causes of Liver Damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main causes. (zzz.. i want sleep more)

2. Not urinating in the morning. (lazy la.. later than shee shee)

3. Eating too much. (yum yum! free one ‘don’t eat white don’t eat’ [bu chi bai bu chi])

4. Skipping breakfast. (wah 11am liao.. breakfast throw away la)

5. Consuming too much medication. (eh.. i think I’ve got flu.. nono, cough.. fever.. muscle-ache… sars)

6. Consuming too much preservatives, addictives, food colouring and artificial sweetner. (wah this sweet so colourful ar.. like rainbow)

7. Consuming too much fried food. Unhealthy cooking oils, which include olive oil and vegetable oil, are not healthy to our bodies. Do not consume fried food when you are tired. (today eat kfc la.. fast food mah.. v fast one, since we rushing for work)

8. Consuming raw or overly-done food is also a burden to your liver (Robbery! Sushi or liver?). Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies must be finished and not stored.

The time your liver is working:
9-11p.m – Elimination of unnecessary toxic chemicals(Detoxification) of the anti-body system (lymh noodes). At this time, you should be relaxing (try listening to music). If during this time a housewife is stiil in an unrelaxed mood such as washing dishes or monitoring her children doing their homework, it will produce a negative impact on her health.

11p.m-1a.m – Detoxification of the liver. You should be in a deep-sleep state.

1-3a.m – Detoxification of the gall. (You should still be sleeping like a pig ^(-(oo)-)^ zZz)

3-5a.m – Detoxification of the lungs. Since detoxification process interferes with your respiratory system, you may be coughing severely during this process. There is no need for cough medicine as it interferes the process.

5-7a.m – Detoxification of the colon. (You should wake up and pee!)

7 -9a.m – Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine. You should be having your breakfast at this time. For those who have a weaker health or sick, should have their breakfast before 7 a.m. Breakfast before 7.30 a.m. is beneficial for those who want to stay fit.

In an argument, confrontation, quarrel or even debate, it is believed that the side which has no more words to fight back is the loser. And normally quarrels often end with the word, whatever.

During a quarrel, the side which remarks ‘whatever’ first is the one who loses the battle. At the point of saying ‘Whatever’, the person is attempting to stop the quarrel because:

1. He/She may have nothing else to shoot back. (i.. er.. i.. i..)
2. He/She does not mind losing as he/she is tired of quarrelling. (aww.. just shut your faggot mouth)
3. He/She cares about his/her opponent therefore not mind losing to him/her. (i love you)
4. He/She does not give a damn. (ahh.. fag off don’t disturb me)

But after all, damn or not, he or she is still considered a Loser.

Well, I think that Whatever is a word to determine a Loser. In my past arguments, they always ended when the opposite side said Whatever. The word Whatever made me feel as if I’ve won although I wished to quarrel on further, but this almighty yet stupid word simply gave me no chance.

There was one time, I came across three caucasians girls (ang mo) hanging out with 2 asian chinese guys.

Wow, one of the girls is definitely very tall (A head-length more than me). The other two have the same height as me. (And they’re all very white). One of the shorter ones is so beautiful. I just couldn’t take my eyes off her.

Listen Up, Parents!

I used to think that I had a good family like many other of my friends. But guessed I was wrong.

In my Primary 1’s life, I scored 258/300 for my examination. Dad would praise me by buying toys for me. But this praise eventually faded. I scored 236/300 in my Primary 2 examination. Primary 3 mid-year examination was even terrible. I got a 204 upon 300.

As praises go, my results got worst. From Primary 3 onwards, I started to develop a fear for my Dad. My impression whenever I saw him was that he only knew how to scold and scold. In one of the years, I must had misbehaved. I was punished to kneel before our God. And when i obeyed, I was beaten up. That time, Bao Yi Jie Jie lived with us, she covered me up to prevent my dad from hitting me. From that moment onwards, I recognised my Dad as inhumane.

He likes venting anger on us too. Sometimes he can come home from work smiling, sometimes with a black, gorilla face. And when he gets crazy, he will scold us. And when he scolds, he’ll talk back to the extreme past and racked out all the old mistakes I made. Last time when he was scolding my sis, he came over and scolded me as well. I was not in any wrong that night. He shouted at me to put down the phone. When I rebelled, he gave me a slap. That slap was an end of respect for him. Although I may still speak like before to him, in my body is a heart surrounded by an evil aurora which may just command me to cook him in laksa soup.

I see my friends’ parents are so much better. I have friends whose results are bad, but their parents will not scold them but instead praise them that the results they get were up to standard. I also have friends whose parents are rich, therefore their children can take over their businesses. If you want to blame me for saying my dad is not rich, why not say my dad should not have given birth to me? I also have friends who are smart and intelligent. Their parents are not fierce or strict on them. To me I think, if parents are not strict and fierce, their children have more probability of scoring well for examination.

Parents, after giving birth to children, should have full responsibilities to raise them up and never scold them. We’re here not for you to scold. It’s you who brought us here. So if you ever want to scold us, ask yourself, whose fault is it?

Skin Turned ‘White’

When I was in the bus with a friend, I told her that her skin is fairer then before. Her reason was: I’ve become darker.

So, I had an argument with her. I told her I haven’t been swimming lately, so my skin will not turn darker but whiter. She kept insisting that a person skin will only turn darker and not whiter. Therefore, a logic struck me.

AAAlvin Logic: Our skin will only turn white just like our hair. Our hair will only turn black if we dye it. It’s the same logic as our skin will only turn dark if we go sun-tanning.

My First ‘Lub’

Have you heard of the phrase, My First Love? Then, you should have heard of My First Lub.

Why change Love into Lub when Love itself is such a nice word? Even Luv is much better than Lub. (Meaning no harm), My is so much nicely pronounced than Moi -.- (Try pronouncing Moi First Love) and compare it to (My First Love).

My First Lub? (Lub in Hokkien is Kick) My First Kick? My First Lub simple means My First Lub Zi Ka Hor Li Doh (My First Kick For You To Fall).

Well, I know short-cuts now mean a lot to us SMS people which save space for more words. But Lub and Love is only 1 letter apart (why so kiam?), or maybe you could put Luv. Moi is a letter more than My (why so courteous?)

No Food ‘Or’ Drink

I can no longer tolerate this simple English mistake made by so many people in Singapore (or maybe the world). This stupid mistake ‘No Food And Drink’.

The correct conjunction should be or instead of and. No Food Or Drink is the correct sign to inform people not to bring food or drink into the unauthorised premises.

In short, we re-write No Food Or Drink as No Food/Drink which means No Food And No Drink.
If we were to say No Food And Drink, we actually mean that you cannot bring food and drink into the premises together, but you can either bring a food or a drink into the premises.

No Food Or Drink means you cannot bring either a food, either a drink or both food and drink into the unauthorised premises.

I have seen this stupid mistake for ages, and I hope you could tell your friends about this and hope words spread to the manufacturers of those signs with wrong conjunction used.
